emergency services

  • 24-hour emergency service
  • Prompt dispatch of qualified & certified technicians for urgent and and regular service within the San Francisco Bay Area.

inspections

  • Weekly inspections for dry, preaction, and deluge systems
  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections

flow testing (per NFPA 25)

  • Pre-design water supply tests

  • Fire Sprinkler System Tests

    • Quarterly Main Drain Test - Used to verify supply valve is open and water line is clear.
    • Annual Operational Test - Full diagnostic testing of all mechanical parts, including water-flow alarms, pressure switches, and freeze-protection systems.
    • 5-Year Internal Obstruction Test - System is opened and scoped with internal cameras to check for biological growth, rust, or sludge. Pipes are flushed completely.
  • Standpipe System Tests

    • Annual Main Drain Test - Verifies structural water pressure at base of riser.
    • 5-Year Hydrostatic Pressure Test - Ensures no fittings or pipes burst under high pressure.
    • 5-Year Flow Test - Water flow test proving the system can supply minimum required pressures and volume for fire departments.
  • Annual Fire Pump Testing

    • Weekly/Monthly Churn Test - "No-flow" test to check pump motor, automatic starters, and battery health.
    • Annual Performance Flow Test - Pump testing at 0%, 100%, and 150% of rated capacity, mapping a performance curve to ensure the pump actively hits design pressure and flow specs under peak strain.
  • Underground Flow Testing

    • Hydrostatic Testing - Static PSI pressure test to ensure zero leakage.
    • System Flushing - Clear debris before final connection.
  • Hydrant Flow Testing

    • Annual Hydrant Operational Test for Private Fire Hydrants - Hydrant Flush Test to clear out sediment, rust, and debris.
    • Drainage Check - Verifies dry-barrell hydrants fully drain to prevent rust or freezing.
    • 5-Year Hydrant Flow Test - Measures performance of private underground water mains. Test includes Static/Residual Pressure, GPM, and Friction/Pipe health.

Underground Installation & Repair / Building Exterior

  • Design-Build Engineering of private underground fire service mains from point of connection to building riser.
  • Excavation & Trenching per OSHA safety requirements.
  • Main installation, maintenance, & repair
  • Corrosion mitigation
  • Backflow installation, maintenance, & repair
